Swissmetal Design Solutions AG was founded in 2007. The company designs and produces the ATMOVA system based on specially-developed copper alloys, an architecturally sophisticated solution to the recovery and use of heat from renewable energy. It permits end customers to give expression to an individual attitude to life thanks to its aesthetic design.

The ATMOVA system was invented by Martin Heuschkel, who is the general manager of Swissmetal DesignSolutions AG. In the end of 2007, the innovative application consisting of the copper alloy Dorna-A was presented to the general public and enthusiastically assumed. By now, Swissmetal DesignSolutions operates several test buildings in Switzerland as well as in Germany and is currently in the phase of market entry.
